Lucas van Haesbroeck

Lucas van Haesbroeck is fascinated by shadow and the light that engenders it. He is also a frequent collaborator as
a light designer and scenographer, for example with Musica, C-takt en Down The Rabbit Hole (november 2021), Benjamin Vandewalle, Hyoid voices, (september 2021), tgStan (januari 2021), Kristien De Proost (september 2020), Thomas Bellinck, etc. He started collaborating with Myriam Van Imschoot in 2020 (newpolyphonies). Noctures for a Society is their first joint creation.

Immersive performance

Nocturnes for a Society creates an environment to spend a night in – an abode somewhere between performance, sleep, dream, and sonic play. With our voices, we weave a nocturnal carpet of sound and use it as a blanket to crawl under.
