Plan your route
By bike
On the left side of the Budascoop entrance, there is a free covered bike parking. You can safely park your bike or cargo bike there.
Inside Budascoop, there are lockers for folding bikes.
By bus
You can easily come by bus. Use the De Lijn website to plan your trip: https://www.delijn.be.
The closest bus stops are:
- O.L.V. Hospitaal (lines 4, 6)
- Kortrijk Markt (lines 4, 6, 9, 50, 51)
- Sint-Amandsplein (line 6)
- Graanmarkt (line 6)
- L. Robbeplein (lines 4, 6, 9, 40, 42, 50, 51, 52, 53, 60, 61, 62)
- Plein (lines 9, 50, 51)
The Flixbus stops and departs at Kinepolis EXPO (President Kennedylaan).
By train
The Kortrijk railway station is located at Stationsplein 8.
Plan your train trip with NMBS: https://www.belgiantrain.be.
From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to Budascoop.
By car
From Belgium: follow E40/E17 and take the exit Kortrijk Noord
From France: follow A22/E17 and take the Hoog-Kortrijk exit
Kortrijk has a lot of one-way and bicycle streets, so pay close attention to traffic signs.
Parking
A 5-minute walk from Budascoop there are two car parks:
- Parking Broeltorens
- Parking Budabrug
A charging point for electric cars is located near parking Broeltorens on the Dam side.
By plane
The nearest airports are Brussels Airport Zaventem and Brussels South Charleroi Airport, or Lille Airport in France.
From there, you can each take a train to Kortrijk station.
From Brussels Airport Zaventem, you have to buy the Brussels Airport Supplement separately.
Meeting point & summer bar
The heart of Almost Summer, that’s BK6’s hidden garden. It is the place to relax, catch up with others about the performances, meet artists, and dance under the trees. In the festival café in the garden of Broelkaai 6, you can enjoy a refreshing drink and a fresh veggie meal.

Pay What You Can
You can choose your own ticket price for all festival performances. It’s up to you to decide whether the suggested price fits within your current financial situation or not.
Performances: €10 | €15 | €20
Feminist School: €10
Can you pay a higher ticket price? Great, that way you make it possible for others to pay less.
Would you prefer to pay a lower rate? You are free to do so.
All the performances for just €20? That is possible with CUBO! With this subscription, you can enjoy all film and stage offerings of arts centre BUDA as well as all stage performances of Schouwburg Kortrijk. Feminist School presentations are not included in the CUBO subscription.
All performances are accessible with the UiTPAS and group pass. If you are entitled to the UiTPAS discount rate, you can attend the performances at 20% of the suggested price. Book your UiTPAS tickets (online) and be sure to bring your UiTPAS on the day of the performance.

A charming 4 star hotel, situated in the heart of the city. Only 5 minutes from BUDA. A bit more pricey and the prices for the rooms vary a lot, depending on the period you would like to stay for the night.

Hostel Groeninghe
Passionistenlaan 1A, 8500 Kortrijk
Hostel Groeninghe is a cheaper option. The hostel is very basic in accommodation, but clean. Each room has its own bathroom.

Accessibility
BUDA tries to be maximally accessible.
- The theatre rooms in Budascoop, the studios in Budatoren (except for the toilets) and Antigone are wheelchair-accessible.
- Service dogs are welcome.
- You can use audio support via your hearing aids and smartphone with Sennheiser’s ‘MobileConnect’ app in theatre room 1.
- In Budascoop’s gender-neutral toilets, you can use menstrual products for free.
