An enchanting journey through sound, movement and image. In Death by Landscape, a Concert, a dark theatre is transformed into a layered landscape where live music, dance and video merge. Together with a group of artists, Alix Eynaudi creates a sensory experience where the boundaries between meaning and mystery dissipate.
Piano music floats through the space while images and bodies move in an interplay of light and shadow. This is not a story with a clear narrative, but a ritual of associations and impressions, a place where time slows down and thoughts wander.
Be transported into a hypnotic atmosphere where nothing is fixed and everything continually reforms itself. An invitation to wander, to feel and to listen to what occurs between the notes, the movements and the silences.
“The 75 minutes pass far too quickly for anyone who gets involved in what is happening on stage and is infected by the sometimes meditative atmosphere. Alix Eynaudi and her team of artists from a wide range of disciplines have succeeded in creating a wonderful evening.”
